　首都圏マカティ市の繁華街ブルゴスには韓国料理店が多く、意外に日本料理店は少ない印象がある。そんな中でこのほど、会社帰りやナイトライフを楽しんだ後に気軽に立ち寄れる「JP Ryu Ramen」がオープンした。看板メニューは昔ながらの味わいの醤油味をはじめ、味噌、塩、豚骨がそろったラーメン。焼ギョウザや炒飯といったラーメン店らしいメニューはもちろん、カレーライスにオムライス、かつ丼、海老天丼、うな丼など、どんぶり物も充実。炭火で焼く焼鳥に牛カルビ、タン、ホルモンの牛串焼きもあり、ビール、焼酎、日本酒といっしょに楽しめる居酒屋としても使える。おつまみ、一品料理は今後さらに種類が増える。店頭で焼く、出来たてアツアツの本格派のたこ焼きも好評発売中。

The signature dish is shoyu (soy sauce flavor soup) ramen. There are also miso, salt and tonkotsu flavor soup ramens avail-able. Other than ramens, JP Ryu serves a variety of Japanese bowl dishes such as Ebi Ten Don (rice topped with prawn tempura) and Katsu Don (rice topped with deep fried pork cutlet) ,and skewer-charcoal grilled chicken and beef.
