地元の人材を日本へ送り出し

海外人材派遣会社ネビカ社（NEVIKA HUMAN RESOURCE INTERNATIONALE, INC.）および日本語学校ワンワールド社（ONE WORLD JAPANESE LANGUAGE CENTER）は、イロイロ州アフイ町ジェット・ロハス町長の依頼を受け同町内に日本語学校を開校。同行で学んだ5人を含む7人の介護実習生の壮行会が9月18日（水）に首都圏マニラ市マラテのアロハホテルにて開催された。

ネビカ社は2011年以降3000人を超える人材を建設や工業、農業の実習生として日本に送り出しているが、介護実習生は今回が初。パートナーのワンワールド社はTESDA（国の教育監督機関）認証校として2017年にケソン市で事業をスタート。ジェット・ロハス町長の「町には高校も大学もあるが卒業しても仕事がない。日本の技能実習生制度に活路を」との思いを受け同年、町有施設内に日本語学校を開校した。

壮行会にはジェット・ロハス町長も列席。「しっかりと学んで戻ってきてほしい」と激励。実習生のシアニ・ロハスさんは「子供のためにもしっかりと3年間頑張る」と語り、また同じく実習生のアリソン・パル・ガルシアさんは「契約職員として役所で働いていた時に町長受講を進められた。せっかく得たチャンスなのでしっかりと学んできたい」と語った。

NEVIKA HUMAN RESOURCE INTERNATIONALE, INC. and ONE WORLD JAPANESE LANGUAGE CENTER launched a Japanese language school in Ajuy, Iloilo province as Mr. Jet Roxas, the Ajuy mayor requested.

On September 18, a send-off party for seven caregiver trainees including five graduates from the Japanese language school was held at Aloha Hotel in Malate, Manila.

It’s the first time for NEVIKA to send caregiver trainees to Japan while the company has sent over 3,000 trainees to construction, engineering and agriculture sectors in Japan since 2011.

ONE WORLD JAPANESE LANGUAGE CENTER was established in Quezon City in 2017 as a TESDA certified school and in the same year it started a Japanese language school at a  town-owned land in Ahoy, IloIlo in response to the request by Mayor Roxas , who seeks to give job opportunities in Japan to local students because it’s hard for high school and college graduates to find a job in town.

At the party, the mayor Jet Roxas celebrated the trainees, saying ‘ I wish you study hard in Japan and come back home ‘.

Shani Lynn Roxas, a trainee, said,’ I will do my best for next three years for my kids. ’

Another trainee, Alison Pearl Garcia said,’ I was advised to take a Japanese class by the mayor while I worked at the city office as a contractual worker. I will take full advantage of this opportunity to learn caregiving in Japan. ’
