今回の取材では、ナビマニラのスタッフが実際に施術を体験。「７ステップ・プロフェッショナル・スカルプ・ケアリング・トリートメント」（１セッション₱2888）を勧められました。
１時間半の行程は、まず木の櫛を使ったスカルプマッサージからスタート。頭皮の血行をよくすることで、髪を根元から強くします。その後26種類のミネラルが配合されたひんやり爽やかな自然の海泥パックで頭皮のバクテリアを取り除きます。そこに機械で頭皮に直接酸素を送ります。この工程によって髪の毛の成長が促進され、より髪が健康的になることが期待できるのだそう。
海泥パックを洗い流した後は、頭皮の浄化と滋養を行う番。メイナスのハーブスカルプクレンザーを使い、ふけや抜け毛を防ぎます。続いてハーブボタニカルクレンザーで頭皮マッサージをし、栄養の吸収を促しつつ、くしで角質やフケを取り除きます。最後にボタニカルハーブトニックを髪に与えながら乾かして、施術は終了です。
すべての施術を終えると、再びコンサルテーションで頭皮を確認します。すると、ナビマニラスタッフの頭皮は1回の施術で見違えるほど美しく健康的になっていました！

At their treatment center in SM North Edsa, they offer natural and gentle treatments that destigmatize and address various scalp concerns.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed by their friendly staff and the soothing aroma of their spa-like center. Before starting my treatment, I underwent a free scalp consultation where a microscope camera revealed that chemicals from hair dye had irritated and clogged my scalp, which prevented it from getting enough oxygen and nutrients. Based on this assessment, I was advised to try their 7-step Professional Scalp Caring Treatment, a 1.5-hour session tailored to my scalp’s needs.

The first step was a relaxing massage using the gentle strokes of a wooden comb, which promotes blood circulation in the scalp. Meinas’ natural sea mud, enriched with over 26 types of minerals, was then applied to every section of my scalp to eliminate bacteria. The seamud initially had a slight tingly sensation, but soon felt cooling and invigorating. To lock in the mud’s benefits, my scalp was wrapped in plastic and a warm towel.

In the third step, I was instructed to inhale through a device positioned near my nose like a headset. The pressurized oxygen emitted by the machine works to rejuvenate the scalp’s cellular activity to stimulate faster and healthier hair growth. It also provided me with a much-needed 15-minute relief from the city’s pollution.
After deep cleansing using all-natural products, my hair was blow-dried to prep it for the infusion of the Meinas Herb Tonic. This turned out to be my favorite part of the treatment because of how cool and refreshed my hair felt and how it had me whiffing my hair until the next day. A pulsating device was used to penetrate the nutrients into the hair follicles to enhance the tonic’s potency in tackling scalp issues like itching, dandruff, and hair fall.
Right after the treatment, the microscope camera revealed impressive results from the very first session. My pores appeared less irritated and less clogged, and signs of dandruff noticeably decreased. Priced at ₱2888 per session, this treatment is suitable for all ages and genders.
