EIKEN Tests
日本で最大級の英語検定試験。最上位の1級、準１級、２級、準２級、３級、４級、5級の８つの級に分かれている。フィリピンでは２級、準２級、３級、４級、５級のみ実施。2025年度の日程は第1回（１次試験6月1日、2次試験7月6日／※第1回は申し込み終了）、第２回（１次試験10月５日、2次試験11月９日）、第３回（１次試験2026年1月23日、2次試験3月1日）。
EIKEN is one of the largest English proficiency tests in Japan. It is divided into eight grade levels: The highest is Grade 1, and then followed by Pre-1, 2, Pre-2 Plus, Pre-2, 3, 4, and 5. In the Philippines, the Japan Manila School is the test venue, and only Grades 2, Pre-2, 3, 4, and 5 tests are conducted.
The 2025 schedule is as follows: The 1st test dates are on June 1 and July 6 (registration for the 1st session is already closed); The 2nd test dates are on October 5 and November 9; the 3rd Test dates are on January 23, 2026 and March 1, 2026. Make sure to check their website for the registration period of your preferred test date.

大学レベルの英語の運用と理解能力を測り、読む、聞く、話す、書く能力を評価。 一般にインターネット使用形式でTOEFL iBT（Internet-Based Test）と呼ばれ、120点満点中、米国大学の学部入学にはおよそ80～100点が必要とされる。
The TOEFL assesses the English proficiency of non-native speakers by measuring their skills in reading, listening, speaking, and writing within an academic context. It is mainly utilized for university admissions, scholarships, visas, and employment opportunities. The most widely recognized version of this test is the TOEFL iBT (Internet-Based Test).

日常生活やビジネスにおける英語でのコミュニケーション能力を測る試験。リスニング＆リーディングテスト、スピーキング＆ライティングテスト、初級から中級者向けTOEIC ブリッジなどの種類がある。フィリピンではマニラ首都圏、バギオ、セブなどで実施。
The TOEIC is an English assessment aimed at evaluating the language proficiency of non-native speakers in a professional setting. Many businesses and organizations utilize it to gauge the English skills of current employees and job candidates. The TOEIC consists of two primary sections: the Listening and Reading test, as well as the Speaking and Writing test. Public examinations are conducted throughout the year in Makati, Cebu, and Baguio, or they can be taken online with remote proctoring.

英語圏（主に英国、豪州、カナダ、ニュージーランドなど）の大学入学を目指すときに必要な「アカデミック」と、英国、豪州などへ移住の際の英語力を測る試験としての「ジェネラル・トレーニングテスト」がある。スコアはリスニング、リーディング、ライティング、スピーキングの各パート（９点満点）と総合評価（９点満点）で示される。フィリピンでは紙版とコンピューター版を選べ、地方都市でも実施されている。
The IELTS is a standardized assessment designed to measure English language proficiency in non-native speakers. Educational institutions and immigration authorities around the world widely accept it. IELTS can be taken remotely with a stable internet connection in a private and quiet environment. The scoring system is from 1 (non-user) to 9 (expert user) and is based on overall results from the listening, reading, writing, and speaking parts of the test.
There are two modules available: the Academic module is for those who need to meet academic requirements or wish to join a professional organization in an English-speaking country; the General Training module is used for work-related purposes or migration to an English-speaking country.

JLPT（Japanese Language Proficiency Test）
日本語を母語としない人であれば誰でも受験できる日本語能力試験。レべルは最も難しいN１から順にＮ２、Ｎ３、Ｎ４、最もやさしいＮ５が設定されている。フィリピンでは2025年は7月（申し込み終了）と12月にマニラ、セブ、ダバオ、カガヤン・デ・オロで実施。
The JLPT is open to all non-native Japanese speakers. The test levels are N1, which is the most difficult, followed by N2, N3, N4, and N5, which is the easiest. In the Philippines, the test will be held in Manila, Cebu, Davao, and Cagayan de Oro in July 2025 (registration closed) and December 2025.

韓国政府が公式認定する韓国語能力試験。レベルは初級の TOPIK１と中・上級のTOPIK２がある。2025年はペーパー版（PBT）は１回、インターネット版（IBT）は3回実施。
TOPIK is the official Korean language proficiency test recognized by the Korean government. There are two levels: TOPIK1 for beginners and TOPIK2 for intermediate and advanced levels. There is a Paper-Based Test (PBT) and an Internet-Based Test that will be held three times in 2025.

韓国政府が公式認定する韓国語能力試験。レベルは初級の TOPIK１と中・上級のTOPIK２がある。2025年はペーパー版（PBT）は１回、インターネット版（IBT）は3回実施。
The HSK is the Chinese language proficiency exam sponsored and recognized by the Chinese government with the largest number of test-takers in the world. There are six levels from beginner to advanced. The test is administered monthly and can be taken on paper or internet-based.

スペイン政府教育・職業訓練省が認可し、スペインの公的機関であるインスティトゥト・セルバンテスが主催するスペイン語の検定試験。 入門レベルのA1から、初級A2、中級B1、中上級B2、上級C1、最上級C2が設定されている。年5回実施される。
DELE diploma is a Spanish language qualification authorized by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. The levels of DELE are: A1 (Breakthrough), A2 (Waystage), B1 (Threshold), B2 (Vantage), C1 (Effective Operational Proficiency), and C2 (Mastery) .
