「ビノンドめぐりの締めくくりにピッタリのカフェ。かつて香港上海銀行（HSBC）マニラ本店だった築100年の建物にあります。コーヒーが本当においしく、苦すぎないので私は砂糖なしで楽しみます。黒砂糖ラテもおすすめ。ケーキも充実していて、日本式チーズケーキや、タロクラウドロールなどがあります」
‘The best place to end your tour of Binondo. The coffee shop itself is worth a visit as it is housed in a 100-year-old building that used to be the head office for HSBC here in Manila. The coffee here is so good that sometimes I don’t even bother adding sugar to it. It has a good body and aroma without being too bitter. Their blended coffee drinks are also worth a try such as their muscovado latte. Their cake selection is also good such as their Japanese style cheesecake and taro cloud roll’.
