世界３大夕日の１つ、マニラ湾のサンセットの名所として有名なコンラッド・マニラ。圧巻のパノラマビューを望むＣラウンジでは、ホテル内のギャラリーに展示されるアート作品にインスパイアされたアフタヌーンティーが楽しめます。2カ月ごとにアーティストが替わり、９月13日までは画家コエリ・マネセの抽象画をイメージした鴨のくん製トリュフクリーム、炙りマグロとゆずアリオリソース、なすの味噌味テリーヌ、焦がしアイスクリームのパンナコッタなど見た目も楽しいメニューが登場。軽食、スイーツが透明なケースで提供されるのも斬新なアフタヌーンティーです。

Art-Inspired Delights With a Panoramic View
At Conrad Manila—renowned for offering the beautiful sunset over Manila Bay, the C Lounge invites guests to indulge in an afternoon tea inspired by the art exhibited in the hotel’s gallery, all while taking in breathtaking panoramic views.Every two months, a new artist is featured, and until September 13, the savory bites and sweets are inspired by the abstract compositions of artist Coeli Manese. Expect visually delightful creations highlighting smoked duck on rye with truffle cream, seared tuna on toasted milk bread with yuzu aioli, grilled eggplant terrine with miso glaze, burnt vanilla panna cotta etc.
