日頃のストレスを発散させる方法は人によっていろいろあると思いますが、シップ＆ゴッホで絵画に挑戦してみてはいかがでしょう。
店名のゴッホは、かの有名なオランダの画家フィンセント・ファン・ゴッホから。生前は評価されず、不遇の人生を送ったとされる画家です。彼については、アルコール依存症だったとか、自分の耳を切ったとか、さまざまな逸話があります。このゴッホの人生にインスパイアされたというシップ＆ゴッホには、もっとアートへの関心を高め、さらに自分の中のアートな潜在能力に目覚め、開花させる場でありたいとの思いが込められています。
スタッフが、絵を描くコツを教えてくれます。 Sip and Gogh staff walks us through the painting process and shares practical tips on brush use, paint mixing, layering, and color combinations.
絵画クラスは全くの初心者からベテランのアーティストレベルまであり、絵筆の運び方や絵具の混ぜ方をはじめ、作品を引き立たせるコツも習えます。さらにゴッホの代表作の１つ「星月夜」を、暗いところで光る絵具を使って描くといったお楽しみも。受講料は１クラス₱1200。絵筆、絵具、パレット、キャンバス、イーゼル、エプロンなど必要なものは貸与され、描いた作品は持ち帰ることができます。さらにワインやソフトドリンク、軽食も付いてお得。絵に、アートに目覚めたという方のために、本格的なワークショップもあります（₱6500～7000／全８回）。
絵心がないと自負する方でも大丈夫。シップ＆ゴッホなら、ワインを飲みながら絵を描けます。行き慣れたワインバーへ行った方がいいという意見もあるかもしれませんが、絵を描きながらワインを楽しむということが、非日常のワクワク感とともにストレス解消に役立つはず。なお１人でアートに向き合うのもいいですが、行き詰まってストレスをためこんではいけません。ぜひ友だちを誘って一緒にドリンクとアートと会話を楽しみましょう。

Brush off stress at Sip & Gogh, a cozy art studio where you can enjoy fine wine while painting with friends. Named in honor of the world-renowned Post-Impressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh, the studio draws inspiration from his life and works to encourage Filipinos to cultivate a deeper appreciation for the arts and hone their creative talents.
To bring this vision to life, they offer guided painting sessions that cater to all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced artists. Their instructors provide step-by-step guidance on brush techniques, color mixing, and other tricks to help you develop your style and artistic vision. You can even learn to recreate iconic paintings, like Van Gogh’s “Starry Night” with creative twists, such as using neon paints that glow in the dark.
Their 2-3-hour guided painting sessions are priced at ₱₱1200, with all materials provided, including canvas, paints, brushes, palette, easel, and aprons. Once you’ve completed your artwork, their staff will blow-dry it and provide a carrier for your canvas.

You are given the creative freedom to customize your painting according to your art style during the guided sessions.
For kids, teens, and adults looking to refine their skills further, Sip & Gogh also offers art workshops with fixed and flexible schedules, ranging from ₱₱6500 to ₱₱7500 for eight sessions. To join, simply book a slot through their website at one of their branches in Eastwood, Century City Mall, and Congressional Avenue.
Each session comes with complimentary drinks (e.g., wine, juice, or iced tea), alongside a selection of appetizer snacks—making it a perfect venue for casual outings and special celebrations. Just be sure not to dip your crackers in the palette, even if the paints look extra tasty!
