ロザリオで提供されるフィリピン料理は、シェフのジョナサン・ジョタさんの家族から受け継いだレシピから生まれます。地元産の新鮮な食事を使い、手間を惜しまず入念に準備され、心を込めて作られる、まさに正統派のフィリピン料理。人気の名物料理はヤギのチーズを使ったカルデレタ、カレカレ、ブラロなど。デザートにはクレープケーキが別腹を満足させてくれます。
