   モンテンルパ市アラバン地区にこのほど「サマーセット・アラバンマニラ」が誕生し、オープニングイベントが催された。社長や地元選出のロドルフォ・ビアソン下院議員などがテープカットを行って開業を祝った。アラバン地区はマカティから高速道路スカイウェイを経由して約20分と通勤圏内にあり、南のラグーナやバタンガスの工業団地に行くにも高速道路入り口が近いため南北へのアクセスに優れている。また過密な首都圏と比べて周囲に緑地や公園も多く、近くにはアラバンタウンセンターなどの商業娯楽施設があって生活にも便利な場所だ。サマーセットの4階部分には20メートルプールとバーもあり、プールサイドからの見晴らしも良い。部屋はスタジオタイプから3ベッドルームまで各種あり、単身者や家族まで幅広い利用者に対応できる。同議員は「アラバン地区の更なる発展を牽引するサマーセットに王冠をかぶせたい」と賞賛した。
