Toho Antigua Panciteria

　創業50年以上のレストランが点在するビノンドの中で、現存するマニラ最古のレストランとされるのが、「トウホウ・アンティグア・パンシッテリアToho Antigua Panciteria（和興）」。スペイン統治時代の1888年、中国からの移民がパンシットを提供する店として開業した。英雄ホセ・リサールも食べたという。パンシットのほか、フィリピン料理と中国料理メニューが豊富にそろっている。創業134年の歴史を味わってみては？

トウホウ・アンティグア・パンシッテリアの広東プリト（Canton Prito）。 直訳すると「広東フライ」＝かた焼き そば。あんかけがしみ込んでだんだん麺がやわらかくなり、皿うどんのように楽しめる。 Cantonese style deep fried crispy noodles with thickened starchy sauce.

There are several over 50-year-old restaurants in Binondo. Among them, the oldest is Toho Antigua Pansiteria, originally established by Chinese immigrants in 1888 during the Spanish colonial era. It is said that Jose Rizal ate there. Toho Antigua Pansiteria serves a wide range of Filipino and Chinese food other than pansit noodles.
