　「ビノンド教会のそばにある人気店。名物はポークチョップ・ヌードル。ラーメンよりも太く、うどんほどは太くない麺はコシがあり、歯応えも良し。ポークチョップは大きく薄く、カリッとした食感。ほんのりとした甘さと酸味のソースが味を引き立てます」

‘Located just next to Binondo Church, this long-time favorite is best known for its pork chop noodles. Their noodles are thicker than ramen but not as thick as udon has a satisfying firmness to the bite. The porkchop is large but thin. This texture is rather on the crispy side. The accompanying dipping sauce is also what makes this dish stand out, with it slightly sweet and tart flavors that is not overwhelming’.
