　「中国本土からの移住者による新しい店で、手で延ばしてつくる自家製麺を楽しめます。私の定番は海鮮炒め麺。刀削麺やホーファン（平たい米麺）などいろいろな麺がそろいます。量が多く、お得感あり。餃子もおすすめ」

‘One of the newer restaurants opened by the recent migrants from Mainland China. They do hand pulled noodles which you can have in a soup or stir fried. I particularly like the stir-fried noodles with seafood, which I would then add chili garlic sauce. Serving size are huge by the way so they are good value for money. They also have other varieties of noodles such as knife sliced noodles and ho fan. Worth trying also are their dumplings’.
