ファーストユナイテッドビル＆中国銀行ビル

First United Building and China Bank Building

　かつて金融の中心地、フィリピンのウォール街と呼ばれたエスコルタ通りエリアに今も残るアールデコ様式の建物。「100年の歴史があるこれら2つのオフィスビルは、かつて金融とビジネスの中心地だったビノンドの歴史の証人。今は一般に公開されていませんが、手動式のエレベーターがあります」。

First United Building on Escolta St. and China Bank Building on Dasnarinas St. are old and charming art deco style office buildings which convey the ambience of the old days of Wall Street of the Philippines.
‘ These two 100-year-old office buildings that bore witness to the days when Binondo was the financial and commercial heart of Manila. One unique feature shared by both buildings are its old fashion elevators manually operated doors. Though these are now off limits to the public for now’.
