Knock Down Pins, Good for Stress Relief

The origin of bowling is believed to date back to ancient Egypt, in 5000 B.C. The rules of modern tenpin bowling were standardized in the USA in 1895.

The approach area is about 4.57m, the distance from the foul line to the first pin is 18.28m, the width of the lane is 1.066m.

Other than common ten pin bowling, duckpin bowling using short pins and a small ball is also popular in the Philippines.

In Japan bowling is often recognized as a recreational activity rather than a sport. But in the Philippines, bowling is a sport, which is included in the SEA Games.

To get a strike and high score in a game, you need to learn and practice. If you have a stressful life, it’s good to throw a ball to hit pins in bowling lanes. The crash sound of pins hit by a ball gives you excitement and gets rid of stress.
